Jack Riggs attends Winter Nationals at Ocala Speedway
With midweek racing on the horizon, Jack Riggs unloaded his Riggs Racing No. 81 at Ocala (Fla.) Speedway on Tuesday afternoon to compete in the first night of the Winter Nationals with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.
Clocking in 12th-quickest in his qualifying group, Riggs finished sixth in his heat race and battled for a transfer spot in his B-Main but fell just short with a fifth-place finish.
With the field elevated to 43 entries on Wednesday, Jack once again found himself needing a Top-3 finish in his B-Main to make the $10,000-to-win main event. Unfortunately, Jack finished ninth in the final rundown.
