Jack Riggs tackles Southern Showcase with Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series
Making a surprise visit to the Peach State on Friday, Jack Riggs checked into Swainsboro (Ga.) Raceway for the first night of the Southern Showcase with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.
Among 29 Super Late Models, Riggs qualified 12th-quickest in his group before needing a Top-6 finish in his last chance qualifier where he would record an eighth-place finish.
For Saturday's $20,000-to-win finale, Jack once again found himself in a last chance qualifier where he would finish just a few spots out of a transfer in sixth.
Finishing his weekend with the Southern All-Stars at Cochran (Ga.) Motor Speedway on Sunday, Jack started 12th in the $7,500-to-win feature and was an early retiree on lap 14.
